30 % of the course fee plus applicable taxes is invoiced upon receipt of the confirmed booking. The outstanding 70 % of the course fee is invoiced 3 weeks before the start of the course.
In the event that the booking is made less than one month before the start of the course, 100 % of the course fee is invoiced 3 weeks before the start of the course.
Payments are 30 days net.
Cancellation of participation
Cancellation more than six weeks prior to start of the course, results in full refund.
Cancellation less than six weeks but more than four weeks prior to start of the course, results in 70 % refund of the full course fee.
Cancellations less than four weeks but more than three weeks prior to start of the course, results in 50 % refund of the full course fee.
Cancellations less than three weeks prior to start of the course result in no refund.
Change of Participant Name
You may change name of participant at any time without charge, please ensure to inform us as quickly as possible.
Cancellation of course
Apis reserve the right to cancel a course event. Apis reserves the right to cancel alternatively change dates of a course, in the event of unforeseen illness or accident. In the event of a course changing date, the customer is entitled to cancel participation and receive a full refund.
Force Majeure
Apis shall not be liable for any failure to deliver a course due to events outside the company’s reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, earthquake, labor disputes, shortages of supplies, actions of governmental entities, riots, war, fire, epidemics, or delays of common carriers or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
